Rice Idli

    • 1 Cup Rice Powder
    • 1/2cup Dal urad Powder
    • Salt (to taste)
    • 2 tsp Eno's fruit salt
    Mix Rice powder & Dal powder & Salt with 2 cups Water. Add eno to it. Keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon drop the mixture in slightly oiled idli moulds. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes. Let it stand for 1 minutes. Serve hot with chutney, sauce or sambher.
