Phirni

    • 4 cups Milk
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1 tsp essence ( Rose, Almond, Kesar )
    • ¼ tsp Ilaichi powder
    • ½ Cup rice – soaked & ground
    • Badam, Pista, Kishmish.
    Boil Milk & Sugar. Stir in rice (ground). M.H. 2 minutes. Reduce powder to 75 % and cook for 5 minutes stirring half way. Stand for 4 to 5 minutes. Mix some almonds, raisins. Pour into serving bowl. Garnish with remaining Badam, Pista & Kishmish. Serve chilled.
