Meat Loaf
- 500gm keema (minced meat)
- ¾ cup curd
- 2eggs
- 1tsp garlic paste
- 1tsp ginger paste
- 1tsp garam masala powder
- 2tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp pepper (adjust to taste)
- 3pieces bread slices –soaked in water, squeezed and crumbed
- Sauce
- 1tsp maida
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1tbsp tomato sauce
- 1tsp chilli sauce
Wash the keema and squeeze it well. Mix all ingredients given under the loaf. Mix very well. Grease the dish. Put keema in it &smoothen the top with your fingertips. Cover. Micro high for 10 minutes. Pour out the juice into a small bowl. Overturn loaf on to a plate. To the juices, add all ingredients given under sauce. Mix well so that no lumps remain. Pour the sauce over the loaf so as to cover it completely. Micro high uncovered at 50% power (medium power) for 10 minutes. Make a separate sauce in a bowl by mixing equal amounts of tomato, chilly and Worcestershire sauce, to serve with loaf. To serve, slice the loaf. Decorate with lemon & tomato wedges and sprigs of coriander /parsley. Serve along with the sauce.
