Dahi Barha
- 2tbspn Coriander leaves
- 1cup Dal urad powder
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Eno
- 1/2kg Curd
- 2tbspn grated Ginger
Take 1 cup dal urad powder mix water to droppable consistency add coriander leaves , ginger and green chillies and salt add eno’s . Pour 1 tsp full in idli moulds micro high for 3 minutes. Remove & put into cold water. Put curd in shallow dish (curd should be beaten smoothly and salt mixed to it.). Press out the water from the barhas and put it in curd garnish it with red chili powder, jeera powder and dhania leaves and serve cool.
